5. Roasting the seeds-Roast the seeds for about 10 minutes on 325F. Remove them after that and stir them. Roast them again for 8-10 minutes. In the last 5 minutes, check the seed to keep a check that the inner seed haven’t over roasted. The inner shell should look golden instead of brown and while and it should be crispier.
